Q: What will appear on my credit card statement of account?

A: On the receipt of your credit card account it shall appear the writing “Tempo Interactive” or “Epoch” or “ClickandBuy”. Never our site name! Fully confidential!


Q: How much is a credit worth?

A: One credit equals 1 cent of USD – 0,01 USD.


Q: I have created an account free, what will I be able to see?

A: With an account free (credit balance=0) you can access all the functions of the public chat, models’ profiles, video preview, public photos and chatting in the public chat for up to about 15 minutes a day.


Q: My account is blocked, how come?

A: There can be many reasons why your account has been blocked, hereunder you will find some examples, if you do not find an answer in the examples reported, please contact us at support(at)livecamania.com and we shall soon pass on to you the right reason for the block.


Q: I have bought credits 3 times in a row and my account is blocked, why?

A: Your account is automatically blocked even if you buy credits uselessly 3 times in a row.
We block your account if we have reason to believe that your expenditure or behaviour is wary (antifraud measure).
If you think that your account or IP has been blocked for groundless reasons, please send us an e-mail to support(at)livecamania.com.


Q: I do not like using credit cards for purchasing good on Internet. How can I buy with your Phone to enter system or with SMS (mobile phone)?

Q: Which is the credit limit for new users?

A: Our system allows the new users to spend maximum 200 usd a day and 2000 usd a month. When you go over this limit your account gets automatically blocked.
If you wish to increase the credit limit please contact us at support(at)livecamania.com.
This is to prevent you from spending more than you wish and also to prevent any fraud.


Q: Can I have my expenses in details?

A: Yes, at any moment in the column “my account” you can see your account status, your purchases and also your expenses in details.


Q: From checking my account I have come across some anomalies.

A: If you find any anomalies in your account or if you have been charged with expenses you have not made, please contact us at support(at)livecamania.com, we shall give you further details.
If we do not receive any objection within 10 days from the purchase, we shall consider the purchase accepted. Complaints must have valid justifications.


Q: Who regulates the contract with the organization issuing the credit card?

A: The use of the credit card for any operation on livecamania.com is regulated by the contract with the organization issuing the credit card, consequently you must refer to that contract and not to the Terms and Conditions of www.livecamania.com, for everything concerning your rights and responsibilities as a credit card holder.


Q: Why aren’t the models naked in free-chat?

A: The chat regulation firmly forbids any nude or immoral behaviour in the public chat.


Q: Can I exchange private contacts, emails, addresses, phone numbers with the models?

A: It is strictly forbidden to do that. System will automatically ban you or expel you out of the chat.
The system is monitored in self monitor mode and it is made in such a way that detects all infringements.
Never unless, Admins (real human chat monitors) are sometimes available and monitoring all the action.


Q: I didn’t like a show and the quality of the image was poor, what can I do?

A: We work with amateur models who work independently from home. The models are not professionals but “Amateurs”.
If you don’t like the girl you see in the cam, or the quality of the image is poor, don’t spend too much time and tokens with that model.
Most part of the models can be contacted in free chat and from here you can see the quality offered without spending anything.
We check every day the chatrooms and do our best to achieve the best quality, but we cannot guarantee that all shows will be of your liking.
Besides every person has its personal taste regarding the shows. Before getting in a private chat with the model, we advise you to ask for any explanation relating to her show and to ascertain that the video quality will be of your liking.
Only in very rare occasions we reimburse the tokens spent for the shows.


Q: If you have witnessed situations which you consider rude or illegal, for example: requests of money for dates/prostitution; insults and indecent behaviours; racism episodes: paedophilia; false credits or other reasons which you consider fundamental?

Q: A system administrator has asked me to show myself naked in the free chat.

A: In no way you must accept, an Admin will never ask you that. There are guys who enjoy themselves pretending to be system administrators. Never ever give a performance to people who pretend to be administrators!!!
In the window on the right of your chat are listed all the names of those linked with you.
The system administrators are invisible and therefore it will never appear their names on the list, so if you get requests from names which appear in his list it means that a member is enjoying pretending to be an administrator.
Tell us immediately the member’s user name and his IP and we shall take a prompt action regarding this matter, in the meantime you can ban the member in the following way (short (1 minute), medium (1 hour), or long (1day).


Q: Which methods of payment do you offer?

A: All payments to models or the studio can be made through SWIFT, Epassporte and Western Union. Payments are done in US Dollars.


Q: When do you pay the models and the studios?

A: Payments, a minimum of 100 USD, are implemented twice a month, for example the earnings between 1 and 15th January will be paid on the 1st February.


Q: What equipment do I need to become a model?

A:You need: A computer with an Internet & Explorer connection, included in Windows; The plug-in "Flash" (it is installed automatically in your navigator); A Webcam, An Internet connection line, best if of the ADSL type for a better image quality.

Q: Is it necessary to install a program to start the show?

A:No, there is no program to be installed. All you have to do is connect to the Website, entering your login and… there you are!
The whole system is Flash based, which means that it is very simple to use, just like surfing the Net.
Besides, in your personal backoffice you can access the detailed online manual in the form of filmed sequence which explains you meticulously all the functions and the configuration of your model page.


A: What must one do to begin?

B: You just need to free register as model in here and send us the signed agreement and a copy of the back of your identity card or passport, in order for us to check if you are more than 18 years old.


Q:What is a credit?

A:A customer must purchase credits in order to an access all the functions offered by the Website www.livecamania.com.
These tokens/chips allow him to enter the private shows, see photos or films against payment, buy contacts, etc.
In your personal profile you can not only sell but above all fix the selling price of your videos, photos, live sessions, etc.
As regards the private Chat you can choose at any moment among the following rate per minute: 250/275/300/325/350/375/400 credits per minute (100 tokens/chips correspond to 1 USD).
The percentage of all overall sales mentioned in your model/studio agreement will be deposited into your bank account.


Q: How much does a model earn?

A:Our system allows you to earn really very much!
As regards your recorded webcam videos, uploaded custom made videos, private photos, pay per minute private, group and voyeur chat sessions, etc., the percentage of all overall sales mentioned into your studio/model agreement will be deposited into your account.
Usually a good model, with clear audio and video can accomplish between 2500 to 3500 usd/monthly working only 4 hours-6 hours a day.
At any moment you can access your personal page where you can see in detail your total daily, weekly and monthly net profits.


Q:What are the variants of the private shows?

A:In your model admin panel you can activate the following options:
Free Chat to Private Chat: means that the customer is only with you and you can see the customer webcam too
Hardcore Chat with 1/2/3/4 customers: means that you can organize private Shows with more customers, and the customers can show themselves in the Webcam;
Voyeur: some "voyeurs" can watch the private show without hearing the dialogue, seeing the persons present or even chatting.
As you can see, you have several possibilities to earn; Livecamania.com allows you to choose your best configuration; we suggest that you activate all the available options: Free Chat, Voyeur, Hardcore Chat with 2 customers, 3 customers and 4 customers, so that your profits will multiply.


Q:What is the "voyeur" peeping system?

A: While you are in private with a customer some other customers can spy on your show, in this case the voyeur customer can only see your show without hearing to the dialogue , seeing the customer you are chatting with or even chatting with you.
The Voyeur will only pay the fixed rate corresponding to 50% of the price established for the private chat.
Example: you decide to work for 300 credits per minute; the voyeurs present will pay EACH credits per minute. Of course, you earn 50% (or the % established in your agreement) of the credits/chips spent for each voyeur connected.


Q:What is the reserve?

A:When we effect your payment we make a deduction of reserve corresponding to 5% of the total amount as a guarantee for the credits unpaid by the customers.
In any case you will be paid back this 5% after a maximum period of 6 months.
Such reservation imposed on us by the financial agent who deals with the collection of the tokens/chips by credit cards.
Payments are effected when a minimum Bi-Weekly amount of 100 usd (a hundred) is reached. For example, your profits between 1 and 15 of January will be paid into your account on February 1th by the your choosen payment method.


Q:I don’t want to be seen in my Region or Nation:(Check this video)

A:In your personal backoffice you can choose by a simple click the permanent block of the IP addresses (number identifying univocally the devises connected to an EDP network using the Internet Protocol standard).
Practical example:
You are an Brazilian model living in Brazil and to protect your privacy you do not want the people connecting from São Paulo to see your personal profile; by a simple click you can block all the accesses proceeding from São Paulo; in this way all the customers connected to the Internet will be never able to see your profile. You can also extend this block to different Regions or to whole Nations.
Although this is a good way to protect your privacy, we advise you to not block too much regions/countries, specially Brazil, because a lot of customers pay By phone from Brazil and there are 200 million people in there;)
